Naka-Iburi Kominka
Katsuragi Town, Wakayama Pref.
Katsuragi Town, located in the river valley zone connecting Wakayama and Nara, is a thriving fruit-growing area due to the large difference in temperature between the two regions. It is also known for its proximity to Koyasan, an ancient Buddhist sanctuary and World Heritage Site. This Kominka is on a hilltop with a great view, close to the greenery of the mountains, and in a great location close to the train station and interchange. The main house will need substantial repair while the smaller house is in better condition. There are a total of 12 rooms and plenty of storage space. There are also more than two kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets, making it suitable for multi-family living. By car, it is a 50 minutes drive to Kansai Airport and just over an hour to downtown Osaka.
