Ishiuchi Kominka

Minamiuonuma City is an inland region of Niigata Prefecture located about 1.5 hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen. There are many ski resorts in the surrounding area because of the high quality snowfall. This Kominka was relocated and rebuilt at the current location in 2003 and was used as a cafe. The house is a good condition and can be used as it is without major renovations. In the living room, there is a fireplace called "Irori" which is a traditional fireplace in cold regions of Japan. The atrium living room and the wooden loft are beautiful, and the fragrance of the trees surrounds the house, allowing you to enjoy the nature of the mountains. This Kominka is suitable as a vacation home, but it can be used for business purposes as well.
