Endon-ji village is located in a gentle, open valley inland from the Kumihama Sand Dunes, known for its beautiful swimming beaches on the Sea of Japan. The name comes from an ancient temple that enshrines a precious Buddha statue that is an Important Cultural Property, and this Kominka with a traditional thatched roof is located nearby. This house has been adapted to modern living, but there is also room for renovation. To the right of the main house across the road is a detached house, a storehouse, and a workshop, further increasing the potential of the property. The famous Kinosaki Onsen and Amano-hashidate are also not far away. By car, it is two hours to Kyoto city.
