Yumi-watashi Kominka
Mobara City, Chiba Pref.
Kujukuri-hama, located east of Tokyo facing the pacific ocean, is the largest sandy beach in Japan. It is also famous as a mecca for swimming, fishing, and surfing. Behind it, the Kujukuri Plain is a vast rural area, but in recent years it has also been used as a commuter town for the metropolitan area. Yumi-watashi, where the Kominka is located, is inland and maintains a quiet environment. The site is not adjacent to the neighboring houses, and is in a spacious location with a large garden, and the interior of the main house is filled with the characters of a kominka in the Kanto region. Downtown Tokyo and Narita International Airport can both be reached by car in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
